Ingredients
- 2 Pomfret Fish
- 1-2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Paste
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Recipe
- In a blender mix together ginger, garlic, turmeric, coriander, red chilli, cumin, garam masala, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Apply this paste all over the cleaned pomfret fish and set them aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, put the fish in the pan.
- Cook each side for 5-6 minutes until golden-brown. When cooked, drizzle lemon juice and serve hot. Enjoy!
