They are one of the signature products of New Zealand and one of the best sustainable seafood products ever! They are grown in Malborough, Golden Bay, Coromandel and Steward Island in New Zealand. Depending on the area, their harvesting time is between 14-48 months.

Just like other fish & seafood products, they are a great source of protein and Omega-3 with their sweet and plump meat. You can prepare them in many different ways such as bake, grill, sauté, barbeque, fry, curry, marinate, soup/chowder, smoke or steam.
