European Crawfish Information
Also known as langustas, langouste, crayfish, crawfish or rock lobsters, Spiny Lobster Crawfish is one of the exceptional seafood products brought you by London Grocery. With its beautiful long antennas, it can be simply distinguished from other lobster species. Also, they don’t have large claws like others; instead, they have multi-purpose front legs. They can be found in almost all warm waters, such as the Caribbean and Mediterranean but are most common in Australian seas. They eat snails, clams, crabs and sea urchins to live up to 15 years in 70 meters deep.
What does Spiny Lobster Crawfish taste like?
European Crawfish’s taste is something between lobster, crab and shrimp but sweeter. They are also a good source of protein, vitamin B, iron, selenium and, of course, Omega-3.
