Atlantic & Pacific Halibut Fishes
Halibut fish may look a little weird, but its taste clears every question mark in our minds. They are of the biggest flatfishes in the world, and they can be found in the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. As they grow up for 6 months after spawning, one of the eyes slightly moves to the other side and leaves the halibut with a funny looking face. They live close to the seafloor and eat groundfish, crabs, small crustaceans and other organisms that live there. Pacific halibut might live over 25 years.

Halibut fishes have a taste similar to cod, which is mild, and they have a firm and meaty texture. They are rich in vitamins, phosphorous, calcium, protein and, of course, Omega-3.
