Fresh Live Scottish Lobster Facts
One of our high-end products, Scottish Lobster, are caught from the East Coast of Scotland in sustainable and environment-friendly ways. They live around 30 to 150 meters down on the seabed. The females can produce approximately 15 thousand eggs, which are kept under the tail for ten months until hatching. After they hatch, they can live for over 40 years!

Nutrition and Taste of European Lobster
Just like other crustaceans, they are a good source of vitamin B12, vitamin E, copper, iodine, phosphorus and selenium. Thanks to their delicate and sweet flavour, it is always a joy to eat them at dinner.
